Parents' Meeting on August 4, 2019, Immediately After Worship
FUMC-Laramie, Pastor Eric, and the Christian Education Committee invite all parents to an informational and discussion meeting immediately after worship on August 4, 2019. We are asking parents of youth to help us determine what they would like to see in our youth ministries, what times work best for meetings, Sunday School, etc., and what they would like their children to get out of those programs!
We believe a robust and dedicated Christian Education and Youth Ministry is key to our success and growth, as well as incredibly important to the shaping of young minds and lives. We welcome anyone who would like to participate, and we hope to see many of you there!
Donald L. Stinson Memorial
Donald L. Stinson, a longtime member of FUMC-Laramie, passed away on July 9, 2019. A Memorial is planned for 10:30am on July 27 in Wilson Hall. Our thoughts and prayers are with the Stinson family at this time.
Farewell to Miao-Rong Wang
July 28, 2019, will be Miao-Rong Wang's final day as our accompanist. We want to thank her for all the amazing music during her time with us, and we wish her all the best in her future endeavors! A Farewell Reception will be held immediately following worship on July 28.
