God's Mercies are New 08.22.2025

Scripture:The steadfast love of the Lord never ceases,his mercies never come to an end;they are new every morning;great is your faithfulness.” – Lamentations 3:22–23 (NRSV)

Reflection:No matter what yesterday held—joys, mistakes, or struggles—God greets us today with a clean slate. His love doesn’t run out, and His compassion doesn’t expire. Each morning is a divine reminder that you are still here for a reason, still loved without limit, and still carried by His faithfulness. You don’t have to muster up enough strength on your own; God has already supplied new grace for today.

Prayer:Lord, thank You for fresh mercies this morning. Help me to rest in Your steadfast love and walk confidently in the newness You provide. Let my heart be open to Your guidance and my steps be aligned with Your will. Amen.
