Today’s Reflection

Treating my body as part of the gift of grace has become a spiritual discipline. I had to stop demanding perfection from my body and instead lean into kindness and love for this vessel God gave me.

—Caroline Vogel, As Yourself: The Sacred Work of Embodying Grace (Upper Room Books, 2026)

Today’s Question

God makes and remakes us as we learn and grow. How have you come to accept yourself as a vessel that is not fully perfected?

Today’s Scripture

The vessel he was making of clay was spoiled in the potter’s hand, and he reworked it into another vessel, as seemed good to him.—Jeremiah 18:4 (NRSVUE)

Prayer for the Week

God, you are always bringing about your kingdom on earth. Give me the presence of mind to see your grace and love all around me. Amen.
